USC leads the series 11-9-1 and is 7-6-1 against the Buckeyes in the regular season. 1946 was the last time Ohio State defeated the Trojans in Los Angeles. 2001 was the last time Southern Cal lost a regular season non-conference home game; Kansas State defeated the Trojans 10-6.

For all of attention Beanie Wells and his foot have been garnering, USC has a couple of guys deserving of some ink as well. C.J. Gable and Joe McKnight lead a talented group of running backs that Pete Carroll will rotate against Ohio State’s 17th ranked rush defense.
