Minnesota at Bowling Green (minus 6)

This game will mark the third time Minnesota (1-0) and Bowling Green (1-0) have played each other. Last season Bowling Green won 32-31 to tie the series 1-1.

Bowling Green took advantage of a plus-three turnover margin (third nationally) to defeat Pittsburgh last week. The Falcon’s defense was led by safety Jahmal Brown’s 14 tackles and corner back Antonio Smith’s 12 tackles. Both Brown and Smith should see extensive action again this week as they face Adam Weber and Minnesota’s pass happy offense.

Minnesota broke a ten-game losing streak last week, but will start a new losing streak this week.
